1. Booking and Reservations

• Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receipt of payment or confirmation from our team.
• Guests are required to provide accurate personal details at the time of booking.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment and Cancellation Policy

• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
• Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date to qualify for a refund.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests and staff.
• Any damage to property caused by a guest may result in additional charges.
• Illegal activities or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

5. Children and Extra Beds

• Children are welcome, but parental supervision is required at all times.
• Extra beds or cribs may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

6. Pets Policy

• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly mentioned or approved by management.

7. Liability

• Feathers In is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to safeguard their valuables.
• Use of facilities, such as parking and common areas, is at your own risk.

8. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen events.
